Yulen · For serial founders

Several companies. Each one with its own rules.

Each company's AI and services work inside that company's rules and budget. Each context stays separate. You see them from one place.

What gets in the way

01

Each company is its own world

Different tools, suppliers, and accounting firms for each project.

02

Mixed context

Data, customers, and decisions from one company cross into another.

03

Setting up from zero again

Each new company repeats the same base work.

04

Attention split

It is not clear which company needs a decision today.

What changes

01

All of them in one interface

You see and run the companies from a single place.

02

Each one with its own context

The context, the intellectual property, and the rules of each company are separate.

03

The next one starts from a written base

The way of working and the guides are reused in each new company.

04

One AI per company

Each company has its own context and talks to services inside its rules.

Interface examples. Not a customer's data.

Questions

What people usually ask.

Does each company have its own context?

Yes. The context, the intellectual property, and the rules of each company are separate.

Can the guides be reused?

Yes. The way of working is applied to each new company.

How is it billed?

Each company has its own invoice. Prices are not published.

Can each company have different partners?

Yes. Each company has its own agreement.

How it works

Three steps. A person approves anything outside the plan.

  1. 1Write the rules

Agreement, permissions, budget, and what is never done. Each rule is a file with a path and a version.

  2. 2Agents work inside them

An action inside the rules goes ahead. Anything outside is asked of the person who has permission. You choose the AI. There is no published automatic recommendation.

  3. 3Every decision is recorded

The record says what was done, with which permission, and who approved it. If you change provider, the context leaves in an open format.
