More than 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027 because of rising costs, unclear business value, or inadequate risk controls (a Gartner prediction).

Yulen · for investors
Clear rules for people and agents.
Yulen turns the shareholders' agreement, the permissions, and the budgets into written rules that people and AI agents follow, with a record of every decision. The first segment is new companies, and organisations that create companies again and again.
Thesis
Yulen is not an agent platform. It turns what defines a company into rules that can be followed: the shareholders' agreement, the permissions, the majorities, the goals, the budgets, and the hard limits. On that base, whole capabilities are turned on (commercial, product, finance, customer support) and people and agents carry them out inside those rules.
The problem
Companies are starting to hand work to AI agents, but what the company has agreed (who approves what, within which limits, what is never done) usually lives in loose documents and in people's heads. An agent cannot follow a rule that is not written down.

The idea
The market asks how to add agents to a company that already exists. Yulen asks something else: how a company starts if agents do part of the work.
Governance, budgets, contracts, and controls are assembled by hand today, across lawyers, firms, and spreadsheets. Yulen writes them from day one as rules that can be followed, not as a PDF.
An example from the thesis, with no figures: a founder can raise a small expense, management approves the next band, and above that, the board.
Deleting, exporting, or cutting access requires the agreed majorities, and everything is recorded. When you change provider, everything leaves in an open format.
The company sees each person's availability, not their reasons. Personal life and work are kept in separate memories.
Why now
More capable AI models have made reasoning, software, and part of knowledge work cheaper. A new company does not inherit processes designed only for people.
In 2025, agents already use tools through open protocols (MCP, API, browser). What is missing is a written account of what they are allowed to do. There is no published figure for MCP adoption.
62%
of the organisations surveyed are at least experimenting with AI agents; 23% are already scaling an agentic system in some function.

Initial market
Yulen starts with companies being born today and with the people who create them again and again: venture studios, corporate programmes, accelerators, universities, funds, and consultancies, plus independent founders. The hypothesis is that one relationship yields several deployments. That effect has not been measured. Companies that already exist come later.

Product
In comes the agreement, the goals, the budget, and what is never done.
Out comes a /tu-empresa/ tree with draft rules. Whether it comes in as documents or as a conversation is not published.
Tools connect by MCP, API, or browser. The specific integrations are not published.
What is inside the rules goes ahead. What is outside is asked of the person who has permission.
Every action leaves who, when, and why.
When you change provider, the context leaves in an open format.
Business model
Total price = company core + capabilities turned on + extra capacity.
Context, memory, governance, permissions, reports, and security. The price is not published.
Commercial, product and engineering, finance and operations, customer support. Each has a recurring price, not yet published, and a visible owner.
It adjusts with activity, integrations, autonomy, and service level. Third-party filings (notary, registry, domain) are charged separately.
A design target, not a result: an execution margin on AI and compute near 85–90%, and a cost per successful task 50% to 80% lower than using the most capable model for everything. It has not been measured in production. Prices are not published.
Starting point
Yulen does not build the models. It writes the rules the company imposes on people and on agents. If the AI provider changes, the rules remain.
There is no published data from companies in production. Without that, there is no demonstrated advantage over someone who builds agents.
Team
Josué González and Gorka Muñecas founded Junyo, an organisation that creates companies. That is the same work as Yulen's first segment. The biographies come from junyo.co/portfolio-01. Roles at Yulen, photos, and advisors are not published. There is no published traction or customer list.
Cofounder
More than two decades in technology, company building, and startup ecosystems in Spain and the United States.
On Junyo, the published profile says founder and CEO. That title is not the Yulen title.
Cofounder
Executive experience in AI, technology infrastructure, and business development in Mexico and Latin America.
On Junyo, the published profile says cofounding partner. That title is not the Yulen title.
